We are a full service meat market. We special in high quality fresh meats and we make over 150 varieties of smoked meats and sausage.
The Elburn Market has been a meat market since 1904. The Ream family has owned the store since 1954. In the early 1980's Randy Ream started buying all sorts of sausage making machines, i.e. smokehouses, stuffers, packaging machines, etc. He has won over 250 awards in the state of IL and nationally with his smoked meats and sausages.
